The Jetsons Live Action Movie

Do you remember the Jetsons? Yep, that awesome animated TV series created by Hanna-Barbera in the 1960s. The show was following the Jetsons family living in a futuristic utopia of elaborate robotic contraptions, aliens, holograms, and whimsical inventions. Well, looks like there's going to be a live-action movie adaptation of the Jetsons. Not soon though...

There was a script written by Adam F. Goldberg. And Director Robert Rodriguez expressed his interest in developing a Jetsons movie, he even presented the project to Warner Bros. But Rodriguez is a busy man, so the Jetsons movie has been put on hold. Now, according to the latest online rumor, Peter Segal might take over the director's seat.

I fondly remember the Jetsons from when I was younger, so I'm definitely glad to hear about the Jetsons movie. Let's hope the movie will enter into production soon and that it will be as fun as the original TV cartoon.
